Kathie was very knowledgeable and guided me through the difficult steps of selling my mother's house. It was a difficult process as I was listed as a trustee and there were many "hoops" to jump through. The questions she could not answer, she directed me to a knowledgeable source so I would get the correct and legal information. I truly appreciated the assistance that Melissa offered Kathie and myself through a tough and complicated situation.

Kathie was terrific! As a first time home buyer, Kathie was very helpful with explaining everything. She set up multiple showings and wasn't hesitant to give her opinion, good or bad, which was rewarding to see. She had a great sense of humor and that made the engagement very comfortable. I will certainly recommend her to any of my friends or family that are in the market to purchase or sell a new home.

Kathie was very dedicated to helping us find our first home. She was willing to show us every and any hpuses we wanted to look at. She also showed us houses that we were unaware of on the market. I really appreciate the time and effort she put in to help us out.

She was awesome! Learned what I wanted in the first outing and found me a perfect house for me the second time I came out. No complaints!

She did not pressure or try to oversell any property to us. She listened, asked intelligent questions of the owner, and finally put us into the house of our dreams. Her sensitive, intelligent, thoughtful manner of presenting property to her clients ranks her, in our opinion, as the best realtor in the business. We have bought and sold four properties and have extensive experience in dealing with realtors - so we consider our viewpoint to be genuine.
